Expertise
These areas of expertise unfold within a cross-disciplinary practice,
where material, colour and space respond to one another depending on the projects and contexts.
Between textile research, visual composition, scenography and experimentation, each approach feeds a sensitive reflection on uses, surfaces and atmospheres.
Materials & surfaces
I explore material, colour and surfaces through a practice combining textiles, pigments, drawing and sensitive research.
Each project is built from a context, a place, an intention or a dialogue, with attention paid to uses, rhythms and atmospheres.
Natural dyeing, mineral pigments, natural paints and material compositions become tools for storytelling, transformation and experimentation.
I work on colour research, textile development, one-off pieces, as well as artistic and scenographic collaborations.
Surfaces and textile narratives
Drawing, colour and material inform a practice of pattern conceived as a form of sensitive storytelling.
Between composition, rhythm and experimentation, my research takes shape through textiles, printed imagery, surface or object.
This approach combines iconographic research, pattern development, colour ranges, sampling and graphic experiments applied to different contexts and media.
Print work can thus enter into dialogue with fashion, space, object or scenography, with attention paid to materials, uses and atmospheres.
Scenography
I imagine atmospheres where material, colour, furniture and light contribute to the experience of a place.
Through an approach rooted in the art of everyday interior arrangement, I support the transformation of spaces, paying particular attention to uses, circulation and the sensitive coherence of an environment.
My practice develops in both event contexts and in places for living, working or meeting: third places, hybrid spaces, cultural venues, restaurants, houses or atypical architectures.
Furniture and object sourcing, reuse, repurposing and furniture restoration feed this search for balance between what already exists, narrative and composition.
I work on creating ambiences, staging spaces, sourcing materials and objects, as well as decorative and scenographic support for bespoke projects.
exchanges and experimentation
Exchange and experimentation nourish my practice as much as creation.
I work in different contexts of research, support or sharing, around material, colour and contemporary textile practices. These interventions can take the form of workshops, research sessions, project support or discussions, with art and design schools, cultural organisations, independent venues or projects in development.
